The Calgary Flames have the most CHL graduates on their roster with 18, followed by the Philadelphia Flyers with 17. The London Knights lead all CHL clubs with 29 graduates on NHL rosters, followed by the Kelowna Rockets, Portland Winterhawks, and Sault Ste. The 372 CHL graduates on NHL rosters includes 171 players from the Ontario Hockey League, 129 from the Western Hockey League, and 72 from the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. ![]() Of the 372 active players, 14 finished the 2016-17 season in the CHL including 11 who are returning-eligible as 18 and 19-year-old players led by Nico Hischier of the Halifax Mooseheads selected first overall by the New Jersey Devils, and Nolan Patrick of the Brandon Wheat Kings selected second overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2017 NHL Draft.
